Very few titles of this genre can be proud of their plot, rather often it is a sore point of most games. This time around, we deals with the entertaining love story with element of magic, myth and of course jeopardy. We believe that Tiger Eye: Curse of the Riddle Box will easily win the audience of point-and-clicking women. The “mysterious romance” game provides with everything you would like to experience: a fun, wit and breathtaking adventure. If you are not fond of cut-scenes very much you are able to skip it, though they are really fine. Thanks to realistic pleasant voices, the developers managed to avoid usual monotonous of dialogues.
As for Tiger Eye: Curse of the Riddle Box’s graphics they are also terrific, especially it was a nice surprise to see the facial expressions of the characters conveying true emotions. If you get accustomed to turn off the music, this time you should leave it on to enjoy its diversity. The music background is perfectly related to each scene, highlighting the drama, fun, and thrilling parts of the game. The hidden object puzzles is something incredible, though few of them can be difficult as some items are small or well-hidden into the scene, they will be never frustrating. We were really excited by the fact that each next mini-game was more unique than the previous one. The words like these “How annoying it is!” will be out of your mind. Honestly, we can’t bring ourselves to apply harsh epithets to this game. Perhaps its low replayability is the one shortcoming there because the objects are always in the same place each time. However, we cannot help but say, “WOW!”

Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice is not only a new casual Hidden object adventure game from PassionFruit Games but a long-awaited premise that promised us a lot of interesting things. Unfortunately, this is another poor game title with odd storyline and tired gameplay... Read more
It is your second meeting of Dela Reese, an intrepid young woman, who a magic box and its own genie-like slave, named Hari. Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice begins with Dela, who finds out that her car has crashed and her friend Kit has been kidnapped. She follows by a “weird purple light” and ends up in her own home town of Rose Apple. Soon, a well beginning goes into a pretty weird story that gets only odder and odder from here.
In Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice you are is strongly stuck to puzzle solving, item finding, and mini-games, but you are free from usual hidden object scenes with the lists of items to collect. Instead, the game encourages you to explore each area, clicking on items you see and trying to solve whatever puzzles you encounter. The bottom of the screen carefully holds a handy tasks bar that tells you what you should be looking for. On the one hand, intuitive gameplay looks rather challenging, but if have never dealt with it, you might often feel at a loss.
Chapter 1 – Stranded
Because of these things, Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice can be clunky a little bit. Still, the biggest downside of this title is that its progression doesn’t make much sense. While the main goal is pointed at the very beginning, the steps you take to that goal is terribly random. Most of your time have to spend wandering about a huge collection of random scenes solving random mini-games and puzzles. It could have been a promising gameplay but its repetitive parts don’t let this installment to be better.
The eye candy graphics are just as good but still not the best ones. Silly dialogues and bad voice acting just make the things worse. So, you’d better think twice before playing this game.
